Fruit and Veggie Smoothie
A healthy drink to start your day.

- 1/2 Cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
- 4 Whole Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
- 1 Whole Apple
- 4 Celery Sticks 3 sticks okay too
- 1 Whole Kiwi
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds Whole or Ground
- 3/4 Cup Parsley About one handful (Fresh)
Add to blender
Add water so it's not quite covering ingredients
Blend for about one minute or a bit less

Makes about three (3) medium sized glasses.
I use the Nutribullet 900W with the colossal sized cup (32 oz).
